1. CHOOSE YOUR IDEAL MEGAWORLD PROJECT.

Based on your location of choice, look into Megaworld's pre-selling projects within the area of your preferred Megaworld projects, Makati, Pampanga and Cavite. Remember to consider the projects offered unit sizes & types, features and amenities for you to determine which project will suit your lifestyle preferences.

2. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS.

Ask Monique Ong for the best payment terms offered for your preferred unit. Megaworld offers pre-selling properties at no downpayment and 0% interest.

 3. PAY THE RESERVATION FEE OF PHP 50,000.

The reservation fee can be paid thru bank deposit, online transfer or credit card to Megaworld Corporation Bank Account.

For clients overseas, wire transfer is accepted. Provide the bank with these details in making your remittance:

* Buyer's Name

* Project & Unit (for clients with more than 1 unit, indicate all units & parking)

 

For wire transfer payments, send a scanned copy of your Proof of Remittance to MONIQUE ONG, in order to block the unit of your choice.

4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

For Overseas transaction you may provide scan copies of your accomplished signed documents and send them via e-mail at moniqueong.megaworld@gmail.com

1. Signed Request for Reservation and Offer To Purchase (RROP)
2. Fill-up Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS)
3. 2 valid Government issued ID's with the buyer's name & signature.

5. POST-DATED CHECKS

For client's in the Philippines, submit your complete post-dated checks of the agreed monthly amortization(MA) to MONIQUE ONG within 12 days upon submission of documents.

For overseas client, you may send your post-dated cheques via FedEx or DHL to the address below:

​Note: For US Dollar Cheques, conversion rate will be based on the prevailing rate on the day of its clearing. Any excess/deficit will be credit/carried over to your turn-over payment if complete PDC's are given.

6. REQUEST FOR CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL & PROVISIONAL / OFFICIAL RECEIPTS

The Contract to Buy and Sell (CTBS) and the official receipts (for the reservation and monthly amortization) are mailed to clients in and out of the Philippines. To follow up on these, you may get in touch with any of our customer service staff.
